Scheduling & Punctuality
Your service starts at the time scheduled and the only way to schedule an appointment is to do so online.  Please be early for appointments, because unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive their full scheduled treatment time.  Time is of the essence!  If you are 10 minutes or more late, you may need to reschedule and may be charged for 50% of the scheduled services - minimum $25 charge.  It is recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes early to start your appointment, fill out the health form, use bathroom, etc...  

Cancellations / No Shows
Please be considerate when you cancel, as it affects others trying to get in...  Re-booking is nice, but it doesn't make up for the lost appointment time.  It is understandable that things come up, but please be courteous and try to give a 24-hour notice.  If you cancel in less than 24 hours, then a phone call or email is required; you will not be able to do it online.  You may be charged for 50% of the scheduled services - minimum $25 charge.  If you don't show up to your appointment at all, don't call (and leave a message if no answer) or send an email, that is considered a "No-Show".  A "No-Show" client may be charged 100% of the scheduled services.  ** You can change your appointment online any time by logging into your account, even if the appointment was scheduled in the office.** 

Children / Kids
This office is a quiet, unsupervised environment that is not appropriate for children and is a potential liability risk.  Although we love children, please do not bring them with you, as they will not be allowed in the office.  A client that is scheduled for a service that arrives with young children (age 12 or younger) will be asked to reschedule and may be charged 100% of the scheduled services - minimum $25 charge.  I do not perform any services on anyone that is under the age of 18.  This office is a smaller, quaint space, so please limit your friends and family that come in.

Payments
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Non-sufficient funds will be subject to a $25 fee.  

Discounts
Only one per person, per month unless otherwise noted.  Discounts and coupons cannot be combined.  Discount of 25% off for new local (Wake Co) clients for one wax service valued at $70 or less.

Retail Products
There are no refunds or exchanges on any retail products.  All sales are final.

Memberships & Packages
If there is a credit on a cancelled membership, it will expire 45 days from the cancellation date.  The 12 month pre-paid wax packages expire 15 months from purchase date, cannot be shared or transferred and the sales are final; unless otherwise noted.  

Anyone affiliated (owner, employees, renters, etc...) with waxologie has the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason and is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  New client specials are valid towards one service on the first appointment unless otherwise noted.  A client is no longer considered a new client once a coupon deal has been purchased.  Services rendered with daily deals (Groupon, Living Social, etc...) will be charged full price. There are no refunds on gift certificates and they can only be used towards services.  Promotions, discounts, services, rules and prices are subject to change without notice at any time.  A valid credit card will be required to keep on file at time of booking your first appointment, but you will not be charged at that time.  It is a secure site affiliated with MindBody.
