Most people schedule, cancel and reschedule online...and we do book up quickly, sometimes weeks or months in advance. Please don't get discouraged. If you are having trouble finding a spot, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out!
Scheduling & Punctuality
Your service starts at the time scheduled and the only way to schedule an appointment is to do so online. Please be early for appointments, because unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive their full scheduled treatment time. If you are 10 minutes or more late, you may need to reschedule and may be charged for 50% of the scheduled services - minimum $25 charge. It is recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes early to start your appointment, fill out the health form, use bathroom, etc...
Cancellations / No Shows
Please be considerate when you cancel, as it affects others trying to get in... Re-booking is nice, but it doesn't make up for the lost appointment time. It is understandable that things come up, but please be courteous and try to give a 24-hour notice. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, then a phone call or email is required; you will not be able to do it online. You will be charged for 50% of the scheduled services - minimum $25 charge. If you don't show up to your appointment at all, don't call (and leave a message if no answer) or send an email, that is considered a "No-Show". A "No-Show" client will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled services. If you do not have the courtesy and respect for us or other clients who could have taken your appointment time, you may not be welcomed back.
** You can change your appointment online any time by logging into your account, even if the appointment was scheduled in the office.**
Children / Kids
This office is a quiet, unsupervised environment that is not appropriate for children and is a potential liability risk. Although we love children, please do not bring them with you, as they will not be allowed in the office. A client that is scheduled for a service that arrives with young children (age 12 or younger or disruptive kids 13 and older) will be asked to reschedule and may be charged 50% of the scheduled services - minimum $25 charge.
**We DO NOT perform any services on anyone that is under the age of 18, unless otherwise agreed upon and a parent must be present. This office is a smaller, quaint space, so please limit your friends and family that come in.**
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Non-sufficient funds will be subject to a $25 fee.
It is not expected, but if you choose to offer it we can take cash, or add it to your credit card at checkout.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any retail products. All sales are final.
Memberships & Packages
If there is a credit on a cancelled membership, it will expire 30 days from the cancellation date. The 12 month pre-paid wax packages expire 15 months from purchase date, cannot be shared or transferred and the sales are final; unless otherwise noted. The 13 month pre-paid wax packages expire 18 months from purchase date, cannot be shared or transferred and the sales are final; unless otherwise noted.
Anyone affiliated (owner, employees, renters, etc...) with Waxologie. LLC has the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason and is not responsible for lost or stolen items. There are no refunds on gift certificates and they can only be used towards services. Promotions, discounts, services, rules and prices are subject to change without notice at any time.
A valid credit card will be required to keep on file at time of booking your first appointment, but you will not be charged at that time. You will be charged if the above policies are not met. It is a secure site affiliated with MindBody.
